Once your consultation is completed, we cannot offer a refund.
1.2 Refunds When No Vets Are Available
If we cannot find a veterinarian for your requested time and you need immediate help, you can ask for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Our team will review your request and notify you of the decision within 5 working days.
3. When we Approve Refund
We approve refunds in these cases:
- No veterinarians are available to provide the service, and the parent chooses not to wait for rescheduling.
- Payment errors, such as duplicate charges, occur due to technical issues.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we approve your refund, we will process and credit amount within 3-5 business days. The amount will be sent to the same payment method you used.
5. Situations where Refunds are Not Available
Here are situations where we cannot provide refunds:
- If the consultation has been successfully completed.
- If you miss your scheduled consultation.
- If you agree to a rescheduled appointment but later cancel it.
